Summary

This Seed Money Project aims to setup collaborative R&D projects between Dutch AGTech and UK Growers, start-ups and joined research groups within the domain of robotics, sensor systems and machinery in open field fresh produce (fruits and veggies).

The SMP is the follow up action of the NL Innovation Mission Outdoor HortiTech UK

The SMP delivers a projectportfolio exeution to develop new advanced technologies in crop maintenance, harvesting and sprayer systems for Outdoor Horti. Such as:
• Open Field Machines: Vision controlled leafy vegetable autonomous harvesters
• Orchard apple harvest and monitoring robot and intelligent sprayers
• Weeding robots for open field high value crops
• Sensornetwork based irrigiation leafy vegetables and strawberries
