Contributing to better utilisation of available agro processing by-products, this project aims to develop technologies that will allow improved use of brewers’ spent yeast through adaptations in existing feed milling facilities in Ethiopia. The project will use existing knowledge and experiences from the participating Dutch companies on utilization of brewers’ spent yeast. Existing technology in Ethiopia will be adapted to enable the use of brewers’ spent yeast in animal feed.
