How can Dutch companies successfully build a sustainable position in China by improving the quantity and quality of the Chinese dairy supply chain? The Dutch dairy supply chain has a high quality and quantity with a low seasonal profile which is not seen outside Europe. This success factors of this model need to be adapted to the Chinese context to define a model that not only improves the supply chain but also builds s sustainable market for Dutch companies in China.
Aim(s) of the project are to get a better understanding of especially the Chinese supply chain from farmers to factories for small to mid-size farmers. With this knowledge it is possible to define innovative models to enable Dutch companies to apply the Dutch dairy success factors in China.
