PPS – Call for innovation boost agri & food
Our food system is world-class. At the same time, the agri- and food sector is facing major transitions. Knowledge and innovation are essential to remain economically and socially future-proof in the long term. TKI Agri & Food stimulates joint investment in this by industry, government, and knowledge institutions, among other things by making subsidies available.
With this call, TKI Agri & Food is making up to €2.5 million available for public-private partnership projects (PPS) aimed at technological and systemic breakthroughs, with a strong focus on impact. Research projects must relate to the agri- and food domain and fit within the KIA Agriculture, Water, and Food. The maximum project duration is two years.
In addition to other topics, this call specifically offers scope for submitting a proposal on the theme of “water availability in the agri- and food sector.” To facilitate this, a matchmaking session will be organized. Register for the matchmaking session on 9 February 2026 via the button below.
Proposals can be submitted up to and including 15 April. Pre-registration is mandatory and can be completed up to and including 1 March via the button below. If approved, projects must start no later than 1 October 2026.
